1. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing draft. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 7~15 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product and it will be refunded after ordering with us.
2 . What need you do if I want to print my own logo?
A4: First, please send us your logo file in high resolution. We will make some drafts for your reference to confirm the position and size of your logo. Next we will make 1-2 samples for you to check the actual effect. Finally the formal production will start after the sample confirmed.
3. What's the delivery time?
The delivery time for sample order is normally 1-3 working days after full payment received. For common bulk order, it's about 25-30 working days after deposit received. For large order ,we need to discuss and make the production plan in advance !
4. What is the warranty for the products
All our products have 6 months warranty.
5. As for terms of payment, do you accept PayPal?
A : Yes, we accept PayPal for small orders, but when order value up to 1500 USD, we accept T/T.
