Product Description
Introduce the production process of silicone gloves, including raw material preparation, vulcanization molding, edge removal, and full inspection packaging.
Step 1: Preparation of raw materials
Color matching is carried out according to the customer's color requirements, and the completed color glue is mixed in proportion into the raw glue.
Step 2, molding
The production personnel accurately weigh the mixed raw rubber materials according to the weight of the silicone gloves and put them into the mold. The mold is then pushed into the machine and vulcanized at a high temperature of 170-200 degrees Celsius to make the silicone collagen material press into a solid finished silicone glove. Finally, the production personnel will remove the formed silicone gloves from the mold.
Note that due to the large size of silicone gloves and the large mold, the production process takes a longer time for the raw materials to flow and form. At the same time, production workers need to break the gloves off the mold one by one after the product is formed, so the daily production capacity of the gloves is not high.
Step 3, edge trimming
The product that comes out of the mold will have some excess silicone burrs around it that need to be removed by the edge removal personnel using edge removal tools. In the industry, this process is completely completed by hand;
Step 4, secondary vulcanization
The dismantled gloves need to be placed in an oven and subjected to secondary high-temperature vulcanization at 200 ° C for 2 hours to form the final product gloves.
Step 5: Full inspection
Finally, conduct a full inspection of the finished gloves and further treat the surface of the silicone gloves to ensure that the quality meets the standards that can be shipped.
