Compression molding: This is a very common traditional production process for silicone products. The main silicone product is completed by matching with a mold. The shape of the silicone product is determined by the mold, and the molding process usually involves heating the temperature inside the mold and then vulcanizing the silicone raw material in a vulcanizing agent. After vulcanization, pressure is applied to the tabletop to shape the raw material.
Silicone button injection molding process: This process requires high quality and is a combination of silicone and plastic liquid. As this process mainly targets silicone products with high requirements, it is usually only used for the production of baby products and medical supplies.
Squeezing molding: refers to the silicone sealing ring products formed by extrusion, usually in the shape of long strips or tubes, which can be cut arbitrarily and used for strip and tube shaped silicone products.
Rolling process: Thin films made by rolling processing have significant differences in their longitudinal and transverse physical and mechanical properties. Liquid silicone is called the rolling effect, and the pressure effect is caused by the orientation of large molecules and needle like, sheet-like complexes in the rubber material along the direction of pressure. Therefore, it is usually used for larger products such as silicone films, silicone sheets, etc.
