Ordinary silicone sleeves need to go through the following processes:

Second, vulcanization molding (also known as hydraulic molding):
The use of high-pressure vulcanization equipment through high temperature vulcanization, so that the silica gel raw materials into a solid form
Third, Phi Feng (also known as processing, deburring, etc.):
The silicone sleeve products that come out of the mold will be accompanied by some useless burrs and pores, which need to be removed; In the industry, this process is done entirely by hand, and some factories also use punching machines.
Fourth, silk screen printing
This process is only used in some silicone sleeve products with patterns on the surface of the silicone sleeve, such as black mobile phone silicone sleeves, in order to make it convenient for users to operate the keys, it is often necessary to screen the characters corresponding to the mobile phone keyboard in the corresponding position.
5. Surface treatment
Surface treatment includes dust removal with an air gun;
Sixth, oil injection
Silicone products are easy to adsorb dust in the air in the ordinary state and have certain viscosity. A thin layer of hand oil is sprayed on the surface of the silicone sleeve to prevent dust and ensure the feel of the hand.
7. Others
Other processes include additional functions assigned to silicone sleeves by merchants, such as dripping, laser carving, P+R synthesis, optimized packaging, and assembly with other materials and components.
