Regarding the problems of why the silicone straw test were not pass ，we have been check the reason , beacuse we making the mold according to customer 3D drawing ,but we didn't test the pull off strength required by EN 71 for baby products , we making a discussion meeting regarding this prolem and finally decided to make an larger extra roop at top medium of silicone straw ,so when pull it off from the cup ,the straw will not be pull off , and we send the update drawing to customer ,they are very happy and thanks us for provided good suggestion !
so now we are changing the mold now , and will resubmit sample to lab for test at begining of next week . so hopefully there is enough time for us to make the production order for this reivsed silicone starw .
