Usage of silicone adhesive
● Use dry cotton cloth or sandpaper to remove the dust, oil stain, rust, etc. on the bonding surface, and then wipe with acetone or Trichloroethylene and other cleaning agents to clean the bonding surface. Then take an appropriate amount of agent A and apply it on the silicone rubber surface to be bonded for about half a minute, allowing agent A on the surface to evaporate.
Unscrew the front cover of Agent B to use it; The bottle mouth is too large. If there is glue on the bottle mouth, wipe it clean with a cotton cloth first, and then use it with a needle or PE dropper to control the glue flow and ensure the effectiveness of use.
Apply a small drop of adhesive to the surface to be bonded, immediately bond and hold until it hardens, with a hardening time ranging from seconds to minutes. Practical strength can be achieved in about 30 minutes, and extremely high strength can be achieved after 24 hours.
After using silicone rubber glue, clean the bottle mouth and tighten the lid.
Please store the glue in a cool and dry place after use.
Precautions for using silicone adhesive
Do not wear woven gloves for use. The HR series instant drying adhesive absorbed by the woven material of the gloves will quickly undergo a polymerization reaction, which generates high heat and can burn your hands. Therefore, please remember not to wear woven gloves for use.
If the eyes accidentally come into contact with it, as the solidified adhesive becomes hard and can harm the eyes, do not rub it with your hands. Immediately rinse with plenty of water or apply warm towels to make the eyelids sweat naturally. Do not forcefully pull it open. In severe cases, seek medical attention for emergency treatment; Soak in warm soapy water when in contact with the skin, and remove with acetone and HR series gel removers.
Silicone rubber adhesive has volatile and irritating properties. Please maintain ventilation in the workplace when using it in large quantities.
When there is a large amount of leakage, it can be cured with water before scraping.
Storage
1. Long storage period, easy to use, and cannot be used all at once. It can be used again next time. The longer the bonding time, the better the bonding effect. It can be stored for one year at room temperature below 30 degrees Celsius.
2. Avoid direct sunlight.
3. Can be refrigerated in a refrigerator.
