The most common one is silk screen printing. There are generally two types, the most common being silk screen printing and pad printing. Silk screen printing is the most common printing method, which involves brushing ink on a screen of printed patterns or characters to print them onto silicone products. Generally speaking, products used for printing flat surfaces can be printed several or dozens of times in one sheet, but the disadvantage is that only one color can be printed at a time. Some products with multiple colors may require printing several or more times.
Pad printing also involves brushing ink through a silk screen to create patterns or characters, and then sticking ink onto the printing head to print onto silicone products. This method can only print one at a time, and the printing speed is not fast. But it is more suitable for silicone products with irregular shapes. This type of printing cannot be done by multiple people together, and some require specific printing methods and positions, making it more convenient to use transfer printing.
Finally, there is heat transfer printing or water transfer printing. These two methods are suitable for printing some very complex patterns. A pattern with several or more colors or lines mixed together, which is difficult to print through screen printing or transfer printing, can be used. But the disadvantage is that the printing cost is relatively high.
