One of my customer were calling to me today for asking why his silicone cake mold not pass VOM test ? the order were made at by his other factory which in Yiwu city , and he send the sample to lab for testing vom ,but it were failed , and they provided 2nd sample to test ,but still failed again ,and he konws us making silicone products , so he is calling us to ask the reason ,and I have been give him suggestions ,he were so apprieciate for us .we have been help him to remake samples and send for lab testing , it were passed finally !
