We got inquiry from USA customer named Plaid for 8 new design silicone resin mold ,and customer want good prices with low MOQ about 500 pcs , and beacuse customer only proivded 2D drawing ,and we have to making it to 3D ,and changed some unreasonable thickness according to our experience , we send the drawing to customer for checking and they are very happy with our speed and request us to move forward .
after disscussion with our mold department team members , we suggest customer to make all the 8 design on same mold ,and customer only need paid cost for one mold , it will save a lot of cost for customer . but the order need to be combine and at least to order 4 design , and they are happy to accept our suggestion !
We have been taking 15 days for making mold ,and prepared sample to send to customer for checking ,and customer were satified with our speed ,but only one problem ,they mold need to be making polished surface which they forgot to mention to us , and we polish the mold and remaking samples send them for check , and everything confirmed for final orders ,
We doing custom packaging for the silicone resin mold for customer , and make digital print sample for them to confirm the paper quality and packaging size , after production ,QC, Packaging , final orders are ready to ship ,and customer required a small batch for air shipment ,we submit booking to their forwarder and arranged with very fast speed , and customer were very satisfied with us and promise to develop more projects with us in near future !
